A.K.A. - Statue of Liberty, Trickledown, Carry, Inverted Shower
This is a trick I call Waterfall. My version is a bit different than the most people's though. I pass the ball up on the back side of the top hand (under-hand throw). I think it makes the trick look better. It also makes avoiding collisions easier too.
Instructions:

Start by juggling a continuous under-arm throw on one side.

Now, start raising the hand that is catching the under-arm throw.

When you get it going good, you'll barely need to move your top hand to make the catch. It will look like the ball is just floating there, waiting for you to pick it out of mid air.
Variations:

Statue of Liberty A - This is how most people juggle the pattern (a.k.a. Trickledown, Inverted Shower). Notice that the ball is thrown up from in front of the top hand, instead of behind it.

Statue of Liberty B - You can also make the top throw go on the outside of the upcoming ball.
